杏仁酥條 Almond Puff Pastry


杏仁酥條

超級簡單又酥脆美味的小食,
酥皮切成條後掃上蛋漿,
再灑點糖和鋪上杏仁片便可以拿去烤,
烤好放涼便可以吃了,試試吧~

材料

冷凍酥皮(24 x 24cm) 🔸 1片
雞蛋(打發) 🔸 1 隻
杏仁片、原糖 🔸 適量

做法

1. 預熱烤箱至180℃,取出冷凍酥皮,切成 3 x 8 cm的直條;
2. 烤盤鋪上牛油紙並放上酥皮條,掃上蛋漿,灑一點糖,鋪上杏仁片後再灑一點糖;
3. 放入已預熱的烤箱中,180℃烤約12-18分鐘直至膨脹和金黃;
4. 烤好後待完全冷卻變得酥脆後便可享用,Enjoy~


Almond Puff Pastry

Ingredients(24 pc)

1 sheet Puff Pastry(24 x 24cm)
1 Egg(beaten)
Almond flakes, Raw sugar

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 180℃. Cut the pastry into 3 x 8 cm strips.
2. Put the puff pastry strips on the baking paper and brush on the egg wash. Sprinkle the almond flakes and sugar evenly over the puff pastry strips.
3. Bake for 12-18 minutes until they are puffy and golden on top.
4. Cool for 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy~
