牛油煎新薯 Pan fried Butter Potatoes


牛油煎新薯

牛油煎新薯,做法超簡單,
但絕對會令你吃不停的小吃!
材料只用新薯和牛油,再加點鹽調味已很美味,
新薯屬「嫩口」薯仔,剛成熟便收割起來,
皮薄不會太粉,還帶點甜,很適合連皮煎來吃,
煎好後,你喜歡配芝士或七味粉都可以,喜歡就好!

很多人會為控制體重而戒澱粉質,
但其實碳水化合物是人體不可缺的營養素之一。
與麵包、粉麵等精製澱粉質不同,
薯仔屬天然高纖澱粉質食物,
所以不用完全避開澱粉質,
而是要選擇天然健康的好澱粉質~😊

材料

新薯 🔸 500 g
無鹽牛油 🔸 25 g
葱 🔸 適量
鹽、黑椒 🔸 適量
芝士碎 🔸 適量(如無可省略)

做法

1. 新薯通常都已處理乾淨,買回家後連皮切開幾份,略沖洗後瀝去水分,用毛巾或廚房紙印乾水分;

2. 葱切粒,分開葱白。將牛油放入平底鑊,中火把牛油熱溶後放入葱白煎香。

3. 把薯塊放入平底鑊,灑一小撮鹽和黑椒碎炒勻,但不用經常翻炒,待薯仔一面煎至金黃後(約3分鐘),再翻炒一會煎其他面便好。

4. 薯塊煎至金黃並帶一點焦邊後熄火,灑上葱花和芝士碎拌勻便可上碟了,Enjoy~

Ingredients

Baby potatoes 🔸 500 g
Unsalted butter 🔸 25 g
Spring onion
A pinch of salt and black pepper
Shredded cheese (optional)

Method

1. Cut potatoes lengthwise into wedges with skin. Rinse the potatoes and drain off, then soak up the water with kitchen paper or towel.

2. Dice spring onion, separate the white and green part. Put the butter in non stick pan, melt the butter over medium heat, then add the white spring onion and fry until fragrant.

3. Put the potato wedges into the pan, sprinkle a pinch of salt and black pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes without stirring . Stir, and cook for anyother 3 minutes.

4. Cook until potatoes are tender and golden brown, then turn off the heat. Sprinkle with chopped green spring onion and shredded cheese, then mix well to serve, Enjoy~
