蒸豆腐蝦醬肉餅

剛過去的中秋節和週末,
相信不少人已吃過大餐、月餅和湯圓了,
這幾天不如就吃清淡一點,好讓肚皮也輕鬆一點吧!

這道菜看似清淡,但又帶有蝦醬的鹹香,
把豆腐和燕麥片加入肉碎,減少肉食之餘,
燕麥豐富的膳食纖維還有助清理腸胃,
是一道老少皆宜,也很適合大節過後的簡易菜式,
平常不太愛吃燕麥片的人相信也會喜歡,試試吧~😊

材料

豬梅頭扒 / 免治豬肉🔸300 g
滑豆腐🔸1 盒(400 g)
燕麥片🔸3 湯匙
葱花🔸 適量(裝飾用)

調味料

蝦醬🔸1 湯匙
糖🔸1 茶匙
麻油🔸1 茶匙

做法

1. 將梅頭扒剁成肉碎,然後和豆腐及所有調味料完全拌勻;
2. 將豆腐肉碎平鋪碟上,水滾後放入鑊蒸10-12分鐘,蒸好後灑上葱花便完成了,超簡單!


Steamed Minced Pork with Tofu and Oatmeal

Ingredients

Pork shoulder / Minced Pork 🔸300 g
Smooth Tofu 🔸 1 box (400 g)
Oatmeal 🔸 3 tbsp
Chopped spring onion for garnish

Seasoning

Shrimp paste 🔸 1 tbsp
Sugar 🔸 1 tsp
Sesame oil 🔸 1 tsp

Method

1. Chop pork shoulder to mince, then mix well with tofu, oatmeal and all seasonings.
2. Put the minced tofu on a steam plate, steam for 10-12 minutes. After steaming, add some chopped spring onion on top, done. Super easy, healthy and Yummy~😋
