港式西多士 Hong Kong Style French Toast


港式西多士(非油炸)

材料(1份)

切邊方包🔸兩片
雞蛋🔸1隻
牛油🔸12 g(約1湯匙)
花生醬🔸適量
糖漿 / 煉奶🔸適量
鹽🔸一小撮

做法

1. 雞蛋加一小撮鹽打發好,麵包抹上花生醬後夾在一起;
2. 麵包放入蛋漿,使每邊都均勻地吸收到蛋漿;
3. 牛油放入平底鑊,中小火熱鑊(滴一點蛋漿入鑊,即時起泡凝固,即鑊夠熱了);
4. 熱好鑊後放入麵包,每邊都煎至金黃便可取出,再淋上糖漿或煉奶便可享用了,Enjoy~
*牛油的煙點低,不宜太大火加熱!

Hong Kong Style French Toast

Ingredients

Sandwich bread (Crustless)  2 slices
Egg  1 pc
Butter  12 g (~1 tbsp)
Peanut butter
Syrup / condensed milk
A pinch of salt

Method

1. Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt, spread the peanut butter on the bread, and top with the remaining slice of bread.
2. Dip each slice of bread in egg mixture, soaking both sides.
3. Put the butter into the pan, and heat with medium low heat.
4. Place the bread in pan, fry on each side until golden brown. Serve with syrup or condensed milk to Enjoy~
