朱古力燕麥蛋糕 Chocolate Oatmeal Cake

朱古力燕麥蛋糕

材料

即食燕麥片🔸250 g
可可粉🔸40-60 g
牛油🔸50-80 g
原糖🔸100 g
牛奶 / 椰奶 / 豆奶🔸450 ml

做法

1. 把糖加入牛奶,中小火煮至微滾;
2. 加入可可粉拌勻,再加入牛油,溶化後便可熄火;
3. 把朱古力牛奶倒入燕麥片拌勻;
4. 蛋糕模塗一層牛油,倒入燕麥糊,鋪平後放雪櫃雪2小時以上,完成~
5. 從雪櫃取出後,可以拌以鮮忌廉加上乾果或果仁一起吃,ENJoY~
*如果用黑朱古力磚的話,份量約200g,而且不用加牛油,因為朱古力磚本身己含有相當高的脂肪量!
*椰奶脂肪含量高,所以可以減少牛油份量。而豆奶脂肪含量則較少,牛油份量便要相對增加。

Chocolate Oatmeal Cake

Ingredients

Instant oatmeal  250 g
Cocoa powder  40-60 g
Butter  50-80 g
Raw sugar  100 g
Milk / coconut milk / soy milk  450 ml

Method

1. Add sugar into a saucepan. Heat up by medium low heat.
2. Add cocoa powder, stir it well, add butter, turn off the heat when it melted.
3. Add oatmeal, stir it well.
4. Get a cake mould, spread melt butter. Put the oat mix in. Make the surface fact, put in the fridge. Done.
5. Take cake out from the mould, serve with whipped cream, dried fruit or nuts.
*You can use 200g chocolate block to instead of cocoa powder and butter.
