香煎豆腐蛋餅 Easy Tofu Omelet


香煎豆腐蛋餅

材料

雞蛋🔸3 隻
板豆腐🔸約 200 g
鹽🔸適量

做法

1. 雞蛋打發好,豆腐壓碎後加入蛋漿拌勻,加點鹽調味;
2. 平底鑊下油(油要比平時炒菜多一點),中大火燒熱油後,倒入豆腐蛋漿,把蛋漿平均地鋪平;
3. 轉中火把底面煎至金黃後,反轉再將另一面都煎至金黃便可以了,ENJoY~

Easy Tofu Omelet

Ingredients

Eggs  3 pc
Firm Tofu  200 g
Salt

Method

1. Beat the eggs, crush the tofu and add to the egg mix well. Add some salt to taste;
2. Add oil in a non stick pan. Turn to medium high heat. Pour in tofu and egg mixture, and evenly spread the egg mixture;
3. Turn the torch and fry the bottom side until golden brown, turn it over and fry the other side until golden brown, ENJoY~
