紫蘇特飲

材料

氈酒(琴酒) ⋯⋯ 20 ml
梳打水 ⋯⋯
⋯⋯⋯ 330 ml
紫蘇葉 ⋯⋯
⋯⋯⋯ 2 片
檸檬 ⋯
⋯⋯⋯ 半個
小青瓜 ⋯⋯
⋯⋯⋯ 1/4 條
冰 ⋯⋯⋯⋯
⋯⋯⋯ 適量

做法

1. 小青瓜切粒,放入杯中;
2. 放冰,紫蘇葉用手搓幾下讓香氣散出,切碎放入杯;
3. 擠入檸檬汁,倒入氈酒,梳打水攪拌幾下。完成~
*可按個人喜好加入糖漿或蜜糖(蜜糖用些少水開稀再倒入)

Ingredients

Gin  20 ml
Soda water  330 ml
Shiso leaf  2 pc
Lemon  half pc
Cucumber  1/4pc
Ice

Method

1. Cut cucumber in small cube, put in glass.
2. Add ice, use hand to scrap to release the aroma. shred it put in glass.
3. Squeeze lemon juice, add gin and soda water, stir it well. done.
Optional: Add syrup or honey as you like. (Dissolve the honey in water first before add into the drink.)
