味噌蒜苗炒豬肉材料

材料

蒜苗 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 1札
豬肉片 ⋯⋯ 100g
硬豆腐
⋯⋯ 半磚(約150g)
味噌
⋯⋯⋯⋯ 1.5 湯匙
料理酒
⋯⋯ 1 湯匙
味醂
⋯⋯⋯⋯ 1 湯匙
⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 1 湯匙

做法

1. 將味噌、料理酒、味醂、水、混合、用1/3去醃豬肉;
2. 蒜苗切段,豆腐切片;
3. 中大火下油,把豆腐煎香,放一旁備用;
4. 放豬肉炒至半熟,然後下蒜苗、豆腐一起炒;
5. 最後放味噌醬炒幾下,完成。

Ingredients

Garlic bolt  1 bunch
Sliced pork  100 g
Firm tofu  150 g
Miso paste  1.5 tbsp
Cooking wine  1 tbsp
Mirin  1 tbsp
Water  1 tbsp

Method

1. Mix the miso paste wine, Mirin, water together. Use 1/3 to marinate the pork.
2. Cut garlic bolt in 3 cm long, slice tofu.
3. Add oil in a frying pan, turn to medium high heat, and fry the tofu until golden brown. Put on side.
4. Put pork, stir fry, add garlic bolt and tofu.
5. Add the remain miso sauce stir fry for few times. Done~
