參峇雞翼
材料
雞翼 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 12 隻
參峇醬 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 3 湯匙
糖漿 / 蜜糖 ⋯⋯⋯ 1 湯匙
生粉 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 2 湯匙
麵粉 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 3 湯匙
水 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 2 湯匙
鹽、糖 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 適量

做法
1. 少許鹽、糖和 1湯匙參峇醬醃雞翼30分鐘;
2. 麵粉+生粉拌勻,將醃好的雞翼均勻地沾粉;
3. 平底鑊放約1cm深的油,中火熱油後放入雞翼,煎至兩面金黃後取出;
4. 將平底鑊的油倒出,中火熱鑊煎參峇醬,煎約半分鐘,倒入糖漿,加入2湯匙的水,中小火煮至收汁,熄火;
5. 將煎好的雞翼放入已收汁的參峇醬拌勻,完成~
Sambal Chicken Wing
Ingredients
Chicken wing 12 pc
Sambal sauce 3 tbsp
Syrup / Honey 1 tbsp
Potato Starch 2 tbsp
Flour 3 tbsp
Water 2 tbsp
Salt, Sugar
Method
1. To marinate the chicken, use salt, sugar and 1tbsp of Sambal sauce to marinate for 30 mins.
2. Mix the flour and potato starch well, dust chicken with flour.
3. Get a fry pan, turn to medium heat, add enough oil (around 1cm high) to fry the chicken, fry until both side golden brown, take it out.
4. Drain off the oil, use the same pan to fry the Sambal sauce for 30 sec. add syrup, water. Turn to medium low heat stir it and reduce the water.
5. Mix the fried chicken and sauce together. Done~
