啤酒煮雞
材料
全雞 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 1 隻洋葱 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 1 1/2 個
馬鈴薯 ⋯⋯⋯⋯ 2 個
白蘿蔔 ⋯⋯⋯⋯ 300 g
蒜頭 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 5 瓣
啤酒 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 500 ml
香料
花椒 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 1 茶匙
八角 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 1 粒丁香 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 2 粒
香葉 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 2 片
乾辣椒 ⋯⋯⋯⋯ 1 條
*如果沒有花椒、八角、丁香這些香料,可直接放1茶匙五香粉。
調味料
醬油 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 2 湯匙糖 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 1 茶匙
鹽、胡椒 ⋯⋯⋯ 適量
做法
1. 全雞切件,洋葱、馬鈴薯、白蘿蔔切粒;Beer stew Chicken

* Can use 1 tsp five spice powder instead of sichuan pepper, star anise and clove.

Seasoning
Soy sauce 2 tbspSugar 1 tsp

Method
1. Cut the chicken in small pieces, Onion, potato, daikon in 2cm cube.2. In a wok or pot. Add oil and garlic, Turn to medium heat add spices, fry until aromatic.
3. Put chicken in turn to high heat to stir fry.
4. Add beer, sugar, soy sauce, salt and pepper for seasoning. Turn to medium low heat let it cook for 20 mins. Done~
