啤酒煮雞

材料

全雞 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 1 隻
洋葱 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 1 1/2 個
馬鈴薯 ⋯⋯⋯⋯ 2 個
白蘿蔔 ⋯⋯⋯⋯ 300 g
蒜頭 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 5 瓣
啤酒 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 500 ml

香料

花椒 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 1 茶匙
八角 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 1 粒
丁香 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 2 粒
香葉 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 2 片
乾辣椒 ⋯⋯⋯⋯ 1 條
*如果沒有花椒、八角、丁香這些香料,可直接放1茶匙五香粉。

調味料

醬油 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 2 湯匙
糖 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 1 茶匙
鹽、胡椒 ⋯⋯⋯ 適量

做法

1. 全雞切件,洋葱、馬鈴薯、白蘿蔔切粒;
2. 冷鑊下油、蒜頭和所有香料,中火炒香;
3. 轉大火,放入雞塊炒香;
4. 倒入啤酒,加入所有調味料作調味,中小火煮20分鐘,完成~



Beer stew Chicken

Ingredients

Chicken (small size)  1 Whole
Onion  1 1/2 pc
Potato  2 pc
Daikon  300 g
Garlic  5 clove
Beer  500 ml

Spices

Sichuan pepper  1 tsp
Star anise  1 pc
Clove  2 pc
Bay leaf  2 leafs
Dry chill  1 pc
* Can use 1 tsp five spice powder instead of sichuan pepper, star anise and clove.

Seasoning

Soy sauce  2 tbsp
Sugar  1 tsp
Salt, Pepper

Method

1. Cut the chicken in small pieces, Onion, potato, daikon in 2cm cube.
2. In a wok or pot. Add oil and garlic, Turn to medium heat add spices, fry until aromatic.
3. Put chicken in turn to high heat to stir fry.
4. Add beer, sugar, soy sauce, salt and pepper for seasoning. Turn to medium low heat let it cook for 20 mins. Done~
