簡易馬拉糕(無泡打粉) Malay Steamed Cake


簡易馬拉糕

材料

低筋麵粉 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 125 g
雞蛋 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 2 隻
原糖 / 黑糖  ⋯⋯⋯⋯ 75 g
椰奶 / 牛奶  ⋯⋯⋯⋯ 85g(~100ml)
橄欖油 / 菜油  ⋯⋯⋯ 2 湯匙
速發酵母 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 1 茶匙

做法

1. 酵母加入2 湯匙暖水,靜置10分鐘;
2. 打發雞蛋後,加入糖、奶、油拌勻,再慢慢篩入低筋麵粉拌勻;
3. 充分拌勻後,加入酵母水再攪拌均勻;
4. 取6寸圓模,鋪牛油紙,圍邊的牛油紙可以圍高一點,因為麵糊發大時會稍為高過模邊。鋪好牛油紙後將麵糊倒入模具,放入暖的空間發酵至兩倍大(約30-60分鐘);
5. 發酵好之後,蒸30分鐘,完成~



Malay Steamed Cake

Ingredients

Cake Flour  125 g
Egg  2 pc
Raw sugar  75 g
Milk or Coconut milk  85 g ( 100 ml )
Olive Oil  2 tbsp
Instant yeast  1 tbsp

Method

1. Put yeast into 2 tbsp warm water.
2. Whisk the eggs, add milk, sugar, oil, then sieve flour in it.
3. Mix everything well, add yeast.
4. Get a 6 inch mould, put baking paper on. Add cake mix in. Leave to rise until doubled in size ( around 30-60 mins)
5. Steam for 30 mins, done~
