斐濟生魚沙律
材料
刺身級白身魚 ⋯⋯ 300 g檸檬汁 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 100 ml
椰奶 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 100 ml
紅黃甜椒 ⋯⋯⋯⋯ 各半個
洋葱 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 半個
牛油果 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 1個
葱 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 1條
鹽 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 適量
辣椒 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 隨意
做法
1. 將魚生切成約1cm方粒;2. 放於容器中,加檸檬汁,醃2小時;
3. 將甜椒,洋葱,牛油果切成約1cm方粒,葱切成葱花;
4. 醃好魚後,將水份隔走;
5. 混合所有材料並加入椰奶拌勻,再加適量鹽作調味即成~
Fish Kokoda (Raw Fish Salad)
Ingredients
Sashimi grade white fish 300 gLemon Juice 100 ml
Coconut milk 100 ml
Red pepper half
Yellow pepper half
Onion half
Avocado 1 pc
Spring onion 20 g
Salt
chilli (optional)
Method
1. Cut the fish in 1cm cube.2. Put in a container, add lemon juice, marinate for 2 hrs.
3. Dice the red, yellow pepper, onion and avocado in 1cm cube. Chop spring onion.
4. When the fish is ready. Drain out the liquid.
5. Mix all ingredient with coconut milk, and salt for seasoning. Done~
