牛油果吞拿魚醬
材料
牛油果(中size) ⋯⋯⋯⋯ 2 個
罐頭吞拿魚(鹽水浸)⋯⋯ 150 g(瀝水後重量)
檸檬汁⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 1 茶匙
黑椒⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 少許
做法
1. 罐頭吞拿魚瀝乾水,牛油果洗淨,開半,去核,用匙羹取出果肉;
2. 將吞拿魚和牛油果混合,擠入少許檸檬汁;
3. 再加入少許黑椒作調味,完成~
Tips:
・做好的醬要放雪櫃,而且最好兩、三日內吃完,所以一次別做太多。

ingredients
Avocado 2 pc
Tin Tuna Chunks in Brine 150 g (drained)
Lemon Juice 1 tsp
Pinch of Black Pepper
Method
1. Drain off the tin tuna, wash avocado, cut in half, take off the stone, use a spoon to take out the pulp
2. Mix and mash the tuna and avocado in a bowl.
3. Add lemon juice and pepper. Done~
Tips
・Put in the fridge and finish it in 2-3 days.
