芒果糯米飯
材料(2-3人份)
糯米 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 1 杯(200 g)
椰漿(椰奶) ⋯⋯ 1 杯(250 ml)
芒果 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 2 個
椰漿(椰奶) ⋯⋯ 1 杯(250 ml)

鹽 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 一小撮
糖份量可隨個人喜歡,但試味時要比平時吃的再甜一點,之後和糯米飯拌勻,甜度便剛好。
做法
1. 糯米洗淨浸水4小時,想再軟糯點可以浸過夜;
2. 倒去浸糯米的水,糯米蒸30分鐘;
3. 用最小火去煮椰漿,加入糖和鹽調味,煮至微滾便可熄火;
4. 取出蒸好的糯米,倒入煮好的椰漿拌勻後,加蓋靜置約10-15分鐘,讓糯米能好好吸收椰漿;
5. 最後,切好芒果,拌著吃便完成,Enjoy~
Mango sticky rice
Ingredients (Serving for 2-3 )
Glutinous rice 1 cup (200 g)Coconut milk 1 cup (250ml)
Mango 2 pc
A pinch of salt
The amount of sugar can be as much as you like, but when you taste it, it should be sweeter than usual. Then mix it with glutinous rice, and the sweetness will be just right.
Method
1. Wash the glutinous rice and soak it in water for 4 hours or overnight.
2. Drain out the water and steam the glutinous rice for 30 minutes or until tender.
3. Use the lowest heat to cook the coconut milk, add sugar and salt to taste, when it's boil, then turn off the heat.
4. Mix glutinous rice and coconut milk, cover it and let stand for about 10-15 minutes, let it absorbed the coconut milk.
5. Peel and dice mango, serve the warm sticky rice with fresh mango. Enjoy~
