25分鐘南瓜蔾麥粥
材料(2人份量)
南瓜 ⋯⋯⋯⋯ 150 g
蔾麥 ⋯⋯⋯⋯ 2 湯匙
米 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 1 杯(約140 g)
水 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 1200 ml
油 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 2 茶匙
鹽 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 適量
做法
1. 前一晚將米洗好,隔水後放進容器,放冰格冰一晚;
2. 大火煲水,將南瓜切粒,沖洗蔾麥;
3. 水滾後放入米和蔾麥,轉中火煮約5分鐘;
4. 放入南瓜,下油,中小火再煮15-20分鐘,關火,加鹽調味,完成~
*煲粥其間不時攪動一下,免得粥會黏鍋~
25 Minutes Pumpkin Quinoa Congee
Ingredients (Serving for two)
Pumpkin 150 g
Quinoa 2 tbsp
Rice 1 cup (~140 g)
Water 1200 ml
Olive Oil 2 tsp
Salt
Method
1. Wash the rice, drain off the water, put in a container, store into the freezer for 1 night.2. Diced pumpkin and wash quinoa;
3. Get a pot, add water bring it to boil. Add rice and quinoa, turn to medium
heat for 5 mins.
4. Add pumpkin, oil. Turn to medium low heat cook for 15-20 mins. Turn off the
heat, add salt for seasoning.
*Stir occasionally so that the rice doesn't stick at the bottom.
